Firefox 4 vs. Chrome.
Although Firefox 4 is a clear improvement over the previous version, it’s not the ultimate sports car you’ve been dreaming about taking to the streets. If you are hooked on some of the many extensions available for Firefox which does not exist for Chrome, stick with Firefox. Otherwise I recommend you go with Google Chrome.

As a longtime user of Firefox, I have to agree with this. I’ve used Firefox as my primary browser for about 3 or 4 years now. I upgraded only yesterday to version 4, but I have not been too overly impressed with a lot of the changes. I’m glad to see some of the new support for some of the CSS3 and HTML5 stuff, but because of the interface changes I’m definitely leaning towards making Chrome my default browser here very soon.

I gave up Firefox (3.6) a few months ago. It was too slow and glitchy. All the CSS3 and HTML5 stuff that was missing didn’t bother me. And the only extension that was hard to give up was Firebug. Since then, Chrome and its Developer Tools/ JS Console has been my weapons of choice.
Using Chrome because it’s a lot smoother and faster all the way around. (Mac OS X 10.6)
