When we test keyboard usage, we look at three things right away:

1. Can a sighted keyboard user tab through the page and see which element has the focus at all times?
2. Can a sighted or non-sighted keyboard user perform all required functionality with the keyboard?
3. Can they perform the required functionality efficiently?
