Locomotive.

Locomotive is an open source, Ruby on Rails CMS. The site and demo don’t look awful. As far as I can tell, Refinery is about the only other decent Rails CMS available at the moment. Everything else looks hideous. I’d love to know if there are any other well-designed Rails content management systems out there.
